Grant is an experienced solicitor advocate specialising in litigation and dispute resolution. He has a proven track record of settling and litigating a broad spectrum of claims for businesses and individuals.

His focus is on evaluating and prioritising client objectives, and his analytical skills and attention to detail frequently produce creative and practical solutions for his clients.

Grant's main area of practice is commercial litigation, with a particular interest in minority shareholder and corporate governance claims. He is also able to advise on breach of contract claims, professional negligence claims, financial services regulatory claims, pension claims, IP infringement, construction and engineering claims, and corporate insolvency and bankruptcy claims.

In respect of property, Grant has experience in acting for and against landlords, tenants, purchasers, sellers, owners, lenders, and insurers. He has advised on a wide variety of claims, including commercial and residential possession, the recovery of arrears, disrepair, relief from forfeiture, breach of covenant, and claims arising from various types of trust and proprietary estoppel.
