Jaskaran Dhillon

Jas is a co-founding partner of D&N Solicitors, a seasoned family law practitioner, and head of the Family Department, bringing over 20 years of exclusive experience in this multifaceted field. Known for his stellar client care and intuitive grasp of client objectives, Jas attracts clients nationwide who are often referrals from past clients and other legal professionals.

As a Law Society Children Panel member since 2011, Jas has practised across key family law areas, including financial remedies upon divorce, child arrangements, and public law proceedings. Over his prolific career, he has drafted and prepared numerous separation agreements and prenuptial agreements. His financial remedy cases span from single-asset divorces to multi-million-pound marital estate separations.

With a particular interest in high-conflict child custody disputes, Jas represents parents whose cases involve issues like parental alienation claims and international child abduction. He also represents parents and children in Public Law proceedings involving social services, with particular expertise in non-accidental injury, sexual abuse and substance misuse cases.
