Lee Trubshaw

Lee is an accomplished solicitor who joined our firm in 2020, bringing over 30 years of diverse legal experience. After qualifying in 1998, he co-founded the highly successful Bradin Trubshaw Solicitors in Walsall and Bradin Trubshaw & Kirwan in Lichfield.

He possesses extensive expertise in all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on high-net-worth individuals. His speciality encompasses complex financial matters in divorce, such as ancillary relief mediations and settlements.

Lee advocates for private family dispute resolution methods like negotiation and mediation where appropriate. However, he recognises that sometimes a robust court approach is the only option. His expertise also covers civil partnership dissolutions, parental rights, and private client work including wills and probate.

Before joining our firm, Lee spent four years lecturing the next generation of legal professionals. He maintains a tireless work ethic while finding time to travel the world, providing cultural insights that allow him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
