Sanjay loves getting to know each of his lawyers personally and helping them reach their full potential through encouragement, coaching and leading by example. He is always excited to welcome new legal talent to the D&N family. Sanjay oversees marketing and business development while promoting an entrepreneurial spirit internally.

Alongside his leadership role, Sanjay brings nearly 20 years of accomplished employment law expertise to D&N's clients. Well-known for his stellar client service, Sanjay advises employers and employees on all aspects of employment law. He regularly handles complex cases involving unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination, termination, TUPE regulations, restrictive covenants, and redundancy.

He is highly skilled at advocacy, drafting ET claims, defences, skeleton arguments, witness statements, and negotiating favourable settlements. Furthermore, Sanjay has advised on thousands of settlement agreements for individuals and advises many companies throughout the UK on various employment law issues in multiple sectors, including engineering, dental practices and laboratories, pharmacies, care homes and schools.
