Gulshan is a charismatic and determined solicitor who joined our firm in March 2021 as a consultant specialising in insolvency. Fluent in Punjabi, he is client-focused and strives to achieve optimal outcomes.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, Gulshan has garnered extensive experience advising directors, business owners, insolvency practitioners, and accountants on complex insolvency issues.

He regularly appears in court for hearings and procedural matters, including defending high-profile and reported Director Disqualification Cases issued by the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

Gulshan is exceptionally skilled at guiding clients through director disqualification proceedings, defending misfeasance and breach of statutory duty claims, and resolving shareholder disputes. His broad caseload covers debt recovery, personal insolvency, fraudulent trading, and company/partnership disputes.
