Lee is an accomplished solicitor who joined our firm in 2020 as a consultant, bringing over 30 years of diverse legal experience. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1998, he co-founded the highly successful Bradin Trubshaw Solicitors in Walsall& Bradin Trubshaw & Kirwan in Lichfield.

He possesses extensive expertise in all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on high-net-worth individuals. His speciality encompasses complex financial matters in divorce, such as ancillary relief mediations and settlements.

Lee when appropriate, advocates for private family dispute resolution methods like negotiation and mediation. He believes peaceful, cooperative resolutions are ideal, especially for couples with children.  However, he recognises that unfortunately this approach is not always possible and sometimes the only option is to deal with matters through court proceedings and a robust approach to such matters can be appropriate.

Furthermore, Lee extends his expertise to cover family law matters like civil partnership dissolutions, divorce, and parental rights. He is incredibly passionate about assisting the LGBTQ+ community and has previously volunteered with gay rights organisations. Lee also has profound knowledge of litigation having previously specialised in personal injury claims.  His private client work will often lead to advising in relation to wills and probate

Before joining our firm as a consultant, Lee spent four years lecturing the next generation of legal professionals. He maintains a tireless work ethic while still finding time to travel the world, providing cultural insights allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
